Bak Kut Teh (Pork Rib Soup)

Coming to Singapore, tourists cannot miss Bah Kut Teh. The dish consists of pork ribs cooked in a broth made from herbs such as cloves, cinnamon, star anise and simple spices. To make Bah Kut Teh more attractive, you can eat it with soy sauce, rice and vegetables.
