Two full days of celebrating food on the Island and on the ocean. This is a once in a lifetime Surf and Turf Adventure that includes two night’s first class accommodations at The Great George Hotel in Charlottetown. Night One features a personally guided meal by Chef Ross at one of his favourite island dining establishments. We will be harvesting on the ocean and the land with our incredible farmers and fishermen for two full days. This adventure will explore our amazing food bounty on PEI from “tip to tip”. Your adventure culminates in an amazing meal prepared by Chef Ross and his crew featuring our local harvest.
